Feathered Friend was born out of a chef’s love for fried chicken, and some unique circumstances that shaped it into the concept it is now.
Feathered Friend hangs it’s hat on it’s “Thicc Sandwiches”. Each Sandwich is comprised of an entire pasture-raised chicken thigh, de-boned and skinned. Then battered with natural, artisan flour, signature seasonings, fried, and snuggled up to some of our Yard Bird sauce, crispy Kosher pickles, and a sweet sourdough bun.
